Digital Marketer

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferably in communication or (digital) marketing.
• Marketing mindset: You are convinced that conversion, content and data are the holy trinity of digital marketing. You have good knowledge of conversion optimisation psychology, UX, search engines, Google Analytics and online marketing tools. You can quickly interpret data, translate analysis into action items, and are driven to improve results.
• Ambition: You are creative, curious, detail-oriented and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial spirit that makes you ambitious.
• 3+ Years relevant experience. A first work experience in a similar position is a must anyway. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously; 
• You need to be fluent in English and Dutch or French.  

• You’ll be responsible for managing the NBN website to increase web traffic, engagement, and conversion. You will work with process owners to improve the online experience of customers and stakeholders.
• You’ll be actively helping to define our online customer journeys.
• SEO holds no secrets for you; you’ll monitor and analyse online interactions, and devise ways to improve our online communication.
• You’ll be part of a small but efficient marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
